Return & Refund Policy
At Victabella, each creation is lovingly handcrafted with care and intention. In support of sustainable, mindful purchasing, we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions prior to placing your order—we’re always here to help with product details or styling advice.
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right for your space. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted and approved by our team. Please complete the return request form after reviewing the conditions below.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale.
- Returns based on handmade characteristics—such as variations in colour, texture, air bubbles, or surface speckling—will not be accepted. These are part of the natural beauty of handcrafted work and make each piece unique.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and saleable condition, including all original packaging. Items damaged during return shipping or returned without packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Shipping fees and promotional costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible for cash refunds; the gift card will be reissued and valid for 3 years.
- Supporting images may be requested during the return approval process.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. While we can assist with a return label, Victabella is not liable for any lost or damaged returns.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, the item must be posted within 72 hours with proof of shipment. A refund (less the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.
Exchanges / Credit Notes
Approved exchanges or credit note returns must also be posted within 72 hours of approval. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, a credit note will be issued via email within 24 hours and will remain valid for 3 years.
