Delivery Zones & Shipping Fees
- Standard delivery within 2 to 5 business days for orders over $149 (free shipping).
- For orders below $149, a $15 flat-rate shipping fee applies.
- All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post (or an alternative carrier if required). No additional duties or fees apply.

Express Shipping
- Flat-rate $15 express shipping within Australia.
- Sent via Australia Post, with tracking details provided when available.
International Orders
- Our online store is not currently set up for international orders, but if you see something you love, feel free to reach out at sp.victabella@gmail.com, and we’ll see if we can arrange a special order!
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Made-to-order products may take up to 3 business days, while centrepiece candles may take up to 5 business days.
- Transit times vary based on location but generally take 2-4 business days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update. We recommend checking after 48 hours for the latest status.
Important Considerations
- We do not insure deliveries, so while we take great care in packaging, we may not be able to offer refunds or exchanges for transit damage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package (e.g., a work address or a trusted friend/family member).
- If you need to update your delivery details, please email us immediately, and we’ll do our best to make the change before dispatch.
